Answer: Studenica

The monastery of Studenica was the first Serbian hosptital, library and school. The monastery was built c. 1186 and the hospital was founded in 1207. In this particular monastery Stefan Nemanja had a meeting with the leader of the Third Crusade, Emperor Frederick Barbarossa, in 1190. Studenica is also known for its Raska medieval fresco painting school.

Nomocanon was heavily influenced by Byzantine church law, especially by the so-called Iustinianus Codex (Justinian II Rhinotmetus).
