George Mortimer Pullman created Pullman Palace Car Company in 1867. He wanted to design a comfortable, luxurious sleeping car.

114th and Cottage Grove are located on the south side of Chicago. It was designed as a "model town" for Pullman employees. However, it also increased the company's control over its workforce. During the Chicago World Fair, Pullman City was a big tourist attraction.

Answer: Eugene V. Debs

Eugene V. Debs saw men injured while working and he decided that he wanted to stop that. Like other labor leaders he was concerned about improving the pay and conditions of union members generally. He went on to become a key leader of the Labor Movement. During the Pullman strike he was imprisoned and became a socialist.
