The 23 dead included the suicide bomber, Salman Ramadan Abedi. The concert was part of Ariana Grande's 2017 "Dangerous Woman Tour" which was attended by 14200 people. The bomb went off after the concert ended when people were leaving Manchester Arena. According to the police report, the bomb killed people who were about 20 meters away.
