Collins, Angel, Mimi, and Roger currently have AIDS at the time of the musical, but Roger's late girlfriend April also had AIDS.

Answer: Roger

Mimi currently has a drug problem, but Roger's problem is in the past.

Angel dies in late October (her funeral is on Halloween). Later, Mimi dies on Christmas Eve 1990 but comes back within five minutes, so there's no funeral. As we know, April killed herself, but this was before the show begins.
