Tilly-vally appears in Shakespeare's plays meaning nonsense ... a little like his plays really. In my opinion, anyway.

Answer: Duck-billed platypus

Tambreet is the native word for a duck-billed platypus, which is one of only two egg laying mammals in the world, the other being the echidna.
