1. 'He's rich and you're rich.'

Answer: Max

Max says this in the play to Elsa right before he sings 'How Can Love Survive'. He is refering to the fact that since Elsa and the Captain are both rich their relationship could never work out. (He was right!)
2. 'You mean the flag with the black spider on it?'

Answer: Brigitta

Brigitta will always tell you exactly what she thinks, especially when you don't want to hear it. At this particular moment Max is being questioned on why the von Trapps are not flying the flag of the Third Reich.
3. Here's a hard one: 'We must all be very, very quiet.'

Answer: Sister Margaretta

At the end of the play the von Trapp family is hiding in the abbey. Sister Margaretta is giving them instructions when Gretl asks a question with a full voice. This is how Sister Margarreta responds.
4. 'I have a way of knowing things.'

Answer: Rolf

Before 'Sixteen Going on Seventeen' Liesl asks Rolf how he knows things, such as her father being home. He says we have a way of knowing things. (We of course know that this is because he is a - dum, da, dum, dum - Nazi.)
