6. This man is the owner of the Black Bear Cafe in the Hotel Booze. He's originally described as having "an unruly head of black hair and a bushy, black beard."
7. This woman owns an interior decorating studio, and is described as a "gray-haired woman with a perpetual scowl." She was once engaged to Arch Riker, though they broke up before getting married.
8. This man is the police chief in Pickax, and he often wears a kilt and plays the bagpipes at funeral and weddings.
9. This man is the meteorologist at WPKX radio station in Pickax, and goes by the psuedonym of Wetherby Goode on the radio.
10. This last one isn't a real person in Moose County, but is the false name that Qwill uses when he wants to remain anonymous.
