The Abyss guardians are visible around Irial and Niall once he becomes the Dark King. Gabriel and his Hounds are protectors and guardians of the Dark King and obviously still have loyalty to the former king as well.

2. Who are Aislinn's friends at the beginning of "Wicked Lovely"?

Answer: Carla, Leslie and Rianne

Ani and Tish are friends of Leslie's, but not Aislinn.
Donia is the Winter girl at the beginning and Aislinn is afraid of her.
