The woman who drugged them was Mistress Macura. She is an agent for the Yellow Ajah who had been ordered to bring Elayne back to Tar Valon at all costs. Mistress Caide is actually Jeaine Caide of the Black Ajah. Mistress Alfara was an innkeeper along the road passing through Amadicia to Altara. Mistress Morelin or Lady Morelin was the false name that Elayne traveled under on their way through part of Amadicia.

Answer: Melindhra

During an attack by Sammael's followers, it was revealed that Melindhra, the Aiel woman Mat had been sleeping with, was a Dark Friend. She attacked and he was forced to kill her in self defense. Melanie and Amys are both Wise Ones of the Aiel. Chiad is one of the two Maidens (the other being Bain) that traveled with Perrin and Faile back to the Two Rivers in the previous book.

Answer: Asmodean

Asmodean was defeated by Rand at the end of the fourth book. Lanfear shielded him to keep him from using most of his power. However, she let him keep enough to teach Rand.

Answer: Birgitte

Birgitte, who had been helping Nynaeve and Elayne navigate Tel'aran'rhiod, was hurt by Moghedien when she captured Nynaeve. She still had enough strength to shoot Moghedien with an arrow. This enraged Moghedien, but it was not a killing shot. She expelled Birgitte from Tel'aran'rhiod which gave Nynaeve enough time to escape.

Answer: Cerandin

These women were refugees who took the same ship out of Ghealdan as Nynaeve's and Elayne's group. They chose to accompany them in the hope that the Aes Sedai camp would be safe from the warring factions that had sprung up all around the world. Cerandin was a Seanchan who was working at Luca's traveling menagerie. Elayne attempted to persuade her to come but she would not agree to leave.

Answer: Marigan

Moghedien, having learned of Nynaeve's accommodations with a traveling menagerie when she had captured Nynaeve for a brief space of time in Tel'aran'rhiod, traveled to Ghealdan where many menageries were gathering. When Nynaeve captured her in Tel'aran'rhiod, she reasoned that only one of the three refugees could know about Salidar and that Marigan was the only one of the three who could possibly have been in the world of dreams at that time.

Therefore, she knew that Marigan was Moghedien.

Answer: Moiraine

Lanfear was enraged when she learned from Kadar that Rand had slept with Aviendha. She came out of the wagon where Kadar lived and began attacking everyone within sight, concentrating on Rand who had been brought down to the docks by Moiraine. Rand was unable to kill Lanfear so Moiraine pushed her into a red stone twisted doorway that was a ter'angreal. Unfortunately Moiraine fell in after Lanfear.

Answer: Aviendha and Mat

Mat and Aviendha were some of the first casualties of the fighting. After they were killed, Rand hunted down Rahvin and killed him with balefire. Balefire burns threads from the Pattern making them non-existent for a certain period of time depending on the intensity.

For example, a pencil size beam of balefire would only make your actions for the last few seconds undone, while a beam the size and intensity of Rand's caused Rahvin's actions for the last hour to be erased. A happy side-effect of Rand killing Rahvin was that Rahvin's killing of Mat and Aviendha was absent.

Answer: Rahvin

Nynaeve filled a corridor with wall to wall fire which burned, but did not kill, Rhavin. While Rahvin's attention was occupied with Nynaeve, Rand engulfed him with balefire burning him from the Pattern.
