Answer: All of the above

Dorian was originally trained as a meister because he was the Godking's son. After mastering that, he realised he didn't like that way of life so he trained in the schools of healing and fire to become a red and green mage as well. He is one of the most powerful modern magi, perhaps only behind Solon.

2. What is the name of Durzo's sword which he passes on to Kylar?

Answer: Retribution

Curoch is the sword of power created by Jorsin Alkestes and "Ezra the Mad", and is also referred to as Ceur'Celestos. Justice is one of the words that appears on Retribution, or "Iures" as it is later found out to be.

3. In the "Night Angel" trilogy, what is a wetboy?

Answer: A weapon or tool that never misses

This answer is derived from the fact that wetboys sneer at "assassins" because of the legendary skill of the wetboy. The catchphrase "assassins have targets, wetboys have deaders" refers to the fact you can miss a target, but a deader is dead the moment the contract is put out, they just don't know it yet.

While Durzo does in fact have a relationship with Vonda Kirena, his heart always stays with Momma K, or Gwinvere Kirena. Elene is Kylar's love interest and Vi is a fellow wetboy, or girl in this case.

In "Beyond the Shadows" (the third book) it is revealed that when Durzo first gave his new name, he was drunk and slurring slightly so the person recording it thought he said "Blint". Kylar is quite amused by this new revelation.

Given Durzo's love of poisons, Kylar does in fact know a lot about herbs. That, plus the fact he's trying to give up his killing addiction, leads him away from working around weapons.

Rat and Roth are the same person and were the opposite of friends, Rat constantly tortured all the guild rats but often focused on Azoth as he was then known. Kylar did not meet Logan until he was out of the slums.

Vi rarely gets called anything but Vi, unless she's working under cover in which she uses her name Viridiana. She does this in the first book to get to Kylar and also to look for the silver Ka'kari.

Answer: Kaede

Kaede was originally going to marry Solon, but her mother tore them apart, fearing that they may be half brother and sister because Kaede's mum slept with Solon's dad. However, this turned out not to be the case.
