When Moon is having a conversation with Darkstalker, he wonders why she is such a disaster with her powers. When she asks who trained him, he says him father (Prince Arctic) taught him how to use his powers. It was then she remembered her own father's name - Morrowseer, who died in the volcano eruption. Her mother had never told her; she had read her mind and detected the name.

Darkstalker explains to Moon that it's the dragons who don't care or aren't cautious of their thoughts who are the ones with the most stable, smooth thoughts of anyone (for example, Kinkajou). He tells Moon that the dragons like Qibli have the most unstable, messy mind of anyone.

Answer: Moonwatcher

Moonwatcher is named because, when she was born in the rainforest, she was obsessed with the two full moons she hatched under. She wanted to play with them, so Secretkeeper (her mother) named her Moonwatcher. She goes by Moon.

Answer: Carnelian and Bigtail

Only Carnelian and Bigtail died in the explosion because Moon tried to prevent anyone from going in there. She couldn't get everyone out, though. Luckily, Tamarin (who's blind) tipped a bookshelf on herself to shield her from the bomb that Moon suspects she smelled.

Moon had a vision at Jade Mountain that Turtle was killing Princess Anemone, his sister. That's why she was wary of him throughout the sixth, seventh, and eighth book, until she finds out more about Turtle and has more reason to trust him. Moon gives the prophecy that makes Qibli, Winter, Kinkajou, and Moon set out to prevent the prophecy from coming true, and find the lost city of night. The prophecy goes: "Beware the darkness of dragons, beware the stalker of dreams, beware the talons of power and fire, beware one who is not what she seems. Something is coming to shake the earth, something is coming to scorch the ground, Jade Mountain will fall beneath thunder and ice, unless the lost city of night can be found."

Answer: Carnelian

Carnelian sleeps on the rock ledge, Moon sleeps on the moss, and Kinkajou sleeps on the hammock. Qibli has a totally different cave with Winter.

Answer: Because NightWings killed his brother, Hailstorm

He thinks that NightWings killed all the IceWings on Queen Scarlet's prisoner towers in order to save Starflight from being killed in the arena. Icicle informs him later that Scarlet has told her Hailstorm, at the time, was being kept in a special, separate room, and he wasn't killed. That's why she's doing everything in her power to get him back.

Answer: Clearsight

Clearsight had the power of foresight as strong as Darkstalker's, and saw the futures where he would use his animus powers to destroy the world. She had Albatross, their SeaWing animus friend, enchant a bracelet to keep him asleep forever. It falls off in an earthquake, and then he meets Moon.

Darkstalker is depicted in a scroll with silver teardrop scales identical to Moon's.
