1. What is the name of the individual who kills the blood bank vampires?

Answer: Jared Nomak

Jared Nomak is a vampire who is also a carrier of the "Reaper Strain". We are told that it is a virus that turns vampires into something even more dangerous when they are bitten by a carrier of it. Later we find out that Nomak is just a genetic mutation created by the vampire lord Damoskinos. He does it to create his own race of Daywalkers like Blade.

2. Who does Blade say he is hunting for during his opening monologue after the blood bank incident?

Answer: Whistler

When Blade takes out all of the vampires during his search for Whistler, he lets one get away. When he does he says to him "catch you later."

3. What is the name of the tech guy who Blade is working with now that Whistler is gone?

Answer: Josh

When he is introduced to Whistler, he says his name is Josh, but to call him Scud because everyone else does.

4. What is the nickname that the tech guy goes by in the movie?

Answer: Scud

When Whistler calls him Skid he corrects him and says it's Scud, like as in stud, but Scud.

5. What is the mission of the two vampires who break into Blade's safehouse?

Answer: to propose a truce between Blade and the vampire nation

After the fight between everybody, Blade is informed that the ruling head of the vampire nation wants to call a truce and speak to Blade personally about a problem worse than either party has encountered before.
