Pepper, played by Ricki Lake, has three children at the end of the film,(the third is born at the very end; she is pregnant throughout most of the film) even though she is still in high school. At the beginning on the movie, Cry-Baby says to Baldwin "This here's my sister, Pepper."

Mrs. Vernon Williams is Allison's grandmother, played by Polly Bergen. At first, she is opposed to the gang of juvenile delinquents, but when she finds out that they are good people, she encourages Allison to join them.

Cry-Baby is sentenced to the Maryland Training School for Boys until his 21st birthday, because the judge thinks that Cry-Baby led the fight at Turkey Point. The fight was really started by Baldwin, who was mad that Allison went out with Cry-Baby.

In court, the judge refers to her as Mona Malnorowsky. She is a member of the Cry-Baby gang. Everyone calls her Hatchet-Face, except her parents. She isn't exactly attractive, but she says "There's nothin' the matter with my face, I got character!"

When you are first introduced to them, Pepper calls the boy Snare Drum, played by Jonathan Benya, and the girl Susie-Q, played by Jessica Raskin. They live with their Great-Grandmother, Ramona Rickets, and help Dupree, a family friend, steal cars and hubcaps to sell.

We know this because Cry-Baby and Pepper both refer to Ramona as Grandmother many times throughout the film. Ramona Rickets is the owner of the Turkey Point Club, and is a serious drape. She has been with Belvedere, played by Iggy Pop, for ten years.

This is the song that the square group sing at the opening of the new theme park. After this song, Allison decides that she's really a drape at heart, and doesn't belong in the square's world. She doesn't want to "get married and live in suburbia" (Baldwin said that).

His name is mentioned is when he is in the parking lot of Turkey Point and says "Toe-Joe's Porn Photography Right Here!" Toe Joe seems especially interested in Wanda. The deleted scenes on the DVD really illustrate how creepy he is. He stands in the parking lot and pays girls $3 to pose for him.
