We first see Jasmine in the courtyard with Rajah her tiger after yet another suitor storms past her father, the Sultan. Rajah is also Jasmine's best friend. "Sleeping Beauty" is about the beautiful Princess Aurora who is put under a spell when she is just a baby. In hope of defeating the spell the three good fairies whisk her away for 16 years. They fail when she pricks her finger on a magic spindle and falls into a deep sleep only to be awakened by true love's first kiss. We hear Prince Phillip call his horse Samson when he first hears Rose or Aurora singing in the woods. Samson is Prince Phillip's noble steed in the movie, and is very noble indeed. He is especially noble when they make their grand escape from the evil witch's castle.

At first Sebastian is more of a hindrance than a help but he eventually decides to help Ariel. "The Little Mermaid" is about a rebellious 16 year old girl who wants to know what life would be like outside of the ocean. Sebastian starts out as just the music conductor. However, his position changes when King Triton decides that Ariel needs a "babysitter" and Sebastian turns out to be the lucky pick.

Horatio Thelonius Ignatius Crustatious Sebastian is actually Sebastian's full name. Ben Wright, who plays the voice of Grimsby, had also played the voice of Roger Radcliff in "101 Dalmatians".

This is how Merlin explains nature to Wart. This movie is about Wart finding his destiny to be King Arthur.

This is to be the very first Disney film with music from Richard and Robert Sherman. When Madame Mim turns into the dragon, the same music is used that was used in the dragon fight sequence from "Sleeping Beauty".

They meet, click, and become the best of friends while Baloo is singing about the "Bare necessities of life". Baloo is supposed to be helping Mowgli survive in the jungle. However some unforeseen circumstances occur when Mowgli is taken by the monkeys. Baloo and Bagheera then have to try to save him from the monkeys.
