Max is an Old English Sheepdog and faithful companion to Prince Eric in this 1989 movie.
He is the dog that brings Eric and Ariel together and is present at their wedding where he licks both bride and groom in a show of approval and affection.

Sultan is a Yorkshire Terrier, although you may not recognise him as such as he spends a large part of this 1991 movie as a footstool. He is turned into a footstool when the Beast's castle is put under a spell by The Enchantress.

Percy the pug belongs to Governor Ratcliffe in the 1995 movie "Pocahontas". He is an extremely spoiled dog, having his own bathtub, a dog biscuit carousel and dining on cherries. Percy is also friends with Meeko the raccoon and Flit the hummingbird and the trio mend Pocahontas' necklace which had been given to her by her father, Chief Powhatan.

Nana is a large lovable St. Bernard who treats the Darling children as if they were her own puppies. She is therefore very concerned when the children learn to fly, and briefly manages to do so herself after Michael sprinkles fairy dust on her. Alas, she is stopped from achieving full flight by her collar and lead, which is attached to a tree.

Hound dog Copper is a mix of bloodhound and coonhound and is best friends with Tod the fox. He first meets Tod after following a new scent, even though he is supposed to be receiving training in hound dog ways from Chief.
