'Cabin Fever' is directed by Eli Roth and stars Rider Strong, Jordan Ladd and Cerina Vincent. It is about a group of friends who go to a cabin for a fun vacation and end up victims to a flesh eating virus that consumes and kills them off one by one. Ti West directed the film's first sequel subtitled 'Spring Fever' in 2009 which is about kids at their school prom suffering gruesome deaths due to bottled water that contains the deadly virus. 'Patient Zero' is the third film in the franchise and is a prequel showing how the virus got started.

The original 'Resident Evil' is a 2002 horror film based from the popular video game. It stars Milla Jovovich as Alice, who is the film's heroine trying to stop the zombie outbreak due to the T-Virus that was created by the Umbrella Corporation. The sequels to the film as shown in the question are in that exact order and were released in 2004, 2007, 2010, and 2012.
