The weird thing is...one of the brothers named Belial is carried around in a wicker basket by his brother Duane. One of the films taglines is "Its mother conceived it...you won't believe it...". Renee Zellweger, Jodelle Ferland, and Bradley Cooper star in 'Case 39'. Zellweger plays a social worker who fights to take a young girl away from her parents, since it is made to look as though they are abusive to her.

She succeeds in doing so...and then winds up regretting it! The truth she eventually finds out is far worse than anything she ever imagined!
