Grace Kelly played Tracy Lord, Katherine Hepburn's character, and Frank Sinatra played Mike Connor, Jimmy Stewart's character. This remake certainly does not receive the praise "The Philadelphia Story" enjoys.

Irene Dunne and Cary Grant made a good pair. In "My Favorite Wife", Dunne plays a woman who was lost at sea, who returns home to find her husband remarried. In "Penny Serenade", Dunne plays a wife ready to leave her husband, but thinks of all the times they spent together.

In "The Awful Truth", the two play a married couple about to divorce, but the only thing keeping them together is the custody of their dog. Priscilla Lane co-starred in "Arsenic and Old Lace", a classic comedy about a man whose two old aunts are poisoning men and burying them in the basement.

Ingrid Bergman plays Alicia Huberman, an American woman whose father was a convicted Nazi. She is hired by Agent Devlin (Cary Grant) to rekindle her romance with Alex Sebastian, a suspected Nazi. Of course in the process she falls in love with Devlin. When Alex and his mother discover that Alicia is a spy, they poison her. Devlin saves her in the end.

Answer: Destination Tokyo

In "Destination Tokyo", Grant plays Captain Cassidy, the captain of a submarine on a special mission to Tokyo. This is a war film, and there is no screwball comedy.

Answer: Deborah Kerr

In "The Grass is Greener", Deborah Kerr's character is having an affair with Robert Mitchum's character, although she remains married in the end. Kerr also starred with Grant in "An Affair to Remember".

Answer: Notorious

"Notorious" is considered to be one of Grant's finest movies, but it did not make the list. "North by Northwest" was number 40, "The Philadelphia Story" was number 51, and "Bringing Up Baby" just made it at number 97.
