This film begins the exact same way that the original film began and you are reintroduced to the evil Dr. Isaacs. You soon realize that he is trying to recreate the original Project Alice for his research and putting her clones through the similar tests that Alice was put through in the first film.

The call letters are seen as she approaches the building and are also heard several times over the original distress call. Unfortunately for Alice, the inhabitants of the radio station are not in distress, but are instead luring survivors to their death as a form of amusement.

Answer: dogs

Alice kills one of the men and they knock her unconscious before she awakes handcuffed in the basement. They throw her the keys to unlock herself so that "it isn't over too fast" and she is able to kill many of the dogs while rigging the others so that the upstairs floor collapses and she is able to escape.

When she jumps upstairs she grabs the ceiling panels and supports herself while the remaining dogs attack and kill the radio station's evil inhabitants.

Answer: Claire

Claire is played by Ali Larter. She tells Alice that she started the convoy and says that "these people trust me with their lives."

Answer: Alaska

Getting to Alaska becomes the overwhelming goal for Alice and the members of Claire's convoy. The notebook has transmissions from six months earlier stating that Alaska has an area where they believe the infection may not have reached. The Peace Corps is there helping any and all survivors who can make the long journey north.

Answer: LJ

When LJ and Carlos are examining the inside of the hotel, LJ is attacked by an infected man and then sits on the hotel bed to breathe a sigh of relief. When he has his guard down, an infected woman appears behind him but he only sees her reflection in the mirror and shoots at the mirror instead of turning around to shoot her. Thus she is able to sink her teeth into his chest.

Answer: K-Mart

K Mart appears in "Resident Evil: Afterlife" and says that she took the name K Mart because she never really liked her original name and everyone she knew was dead, so it seemed like a good time for a change.

Answer: crows

It is K-Mart who originally notices the crows and Claire points out that their eyes signify that they have been feeding on infected flesh. The smallest sound from the bus sets them off and the murder of crows begins attacking all of the vehicles and any passengers unfortunate enough to get separated from the group.

Answer: domesticate them

Dr. Isaacs is trying to create a docile workforce so that the members of the Umbrella Corporation will be able to come out from the underground labs and live normally again. However, while his initial test subject is able to work with a cell phone and a camera, he becomes extremely angry when he is unable to put a square block into a triangular hole in a child's toy and proceeds to kill two of his lab technicians.

Answer: By hacking into their computers and stealing the satellite trajectories

Alice asks Carlos what time it is after she saves the convoy from the crow attack and she assumes she is just being paranoid about Umbrella's surveillance. However, the White Queen at Dr. Isaacs' facility tells him of her possible presence in the desert and he re-routes the satellites to try and determine her exact location.

Answer: Las Vegas

It is a trend to remember, that Las Vegas is always a trap in apocalyptic stories and films. The group travels there and is met by a cargo container full of highly infected men. They have been placed by Dr. Isaacs in an effort to lure Alice so that they can shut her down, kill her, and/or bring her back to the lab for testing.

Answer: Carlos

Unfortunately, Carlos is bitten by LJ when he tries to save K Mart from LJ's attack. The vast majority of the convoy's members are killed in the battle, but Alice realizes that Dr. Isaacs' helicopter will be the perfect means of transportation to Alaska.

Answer: a cigarette

Carlos lights the dynamite and the lights the cigarette, which he smokes as he looks up at the dozens of infected who are trying to break into the truck to consume him. He chalks up the secret cigarette as being the work of LJ before he died and he seems to enjoy it while he waits for his impending death.

Answer: That her blood is the cure for the T-virus

The White Queen is identical to the Red Queen, except she appears to have a far more helpful nature, even though she still deals solely in probability and leaves nothing to chance. The White Queen informs Alice that her blood is the cure for the T-virus and that the underground lab contains all of the necessary tools she will require to synthesize a cure.

However, she must first eliminate Dr. Isaacs.

Answer: the criss-cross laser grid

Dr. Isaacs tells Alice that he "is the future", to which she laughs and replies that "No, we're both going to die down here." Then the criss-cross laser grid (as seen in the first film) appears and destroys Dr. Isaacs but stops just before it reaches Alice. You then see that one of Alice's clones is operating the system and the two of them decide to release all of other Alice clones and go after the other figureheads of the Umbrella Corporation.
