Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. What does "UHF" stand for?

Answer: Ultra High Frequency

UHF stations are virtually non-existent now, in the age of DVD's and reality television.
2. Weird Al's manager directed the movie. What was his name again?

Answer: Jay Levey

Jay had never directed a feature-length movie before, and Al had never starred in a feature-length movie before. It still turned out awesome, though!
3. How do you spell Weird Al's last name?

Answer: Yankovic

That's right, world! YANKOVIC! Yank-oh-vick! As opposed to the common mispronunciation, "Yankovich." Mr. Yankovic has been pleasing audiences since the 1980's. He is well-known for his parodies, but writes his own songs, too!
4. (While George is watching "The Beverly Hillbillies") "What good is havin' 68 million dollars, I ask you?!" Well, this mornin' it's good for doing what?

Answer: Gettin' a lot of papers signed for Mr. Drysdale

George falls asleep after watching this and has the cool computer-animated dream featuring the song "Money for Nothing/Beverly Hillbillies".
5. Here's a toughie. What was written in big, bold letters on the side of Stanley's little truck that he drives out onto his show in?

Answer: Stanley's Wrecker

If you're a true fan, you would pay close attention to a vital detail like this!
6. Here's a bigger toughie. Stanley changed from a red shirt into a grey one during the telethon. Then he's kidnapped by Fletcher's thugs. Where did the shirt come from? (It says on the front)

Answer: Walter's Dude Ranch

Again, true fans don't miss this kind of stuff! Personally, I think it would have been funnier had it come from Crazy Ernie's.
7. How many guys sitting on a park bench does it take to do a Rubic's cube?

Answer: 2

In the movie we see two guys on a park bench (one of which is blind). The blind one fiddles with the Rubic's cube and holds it in front of the seeing old guy asking, "Is this it?" The other guy says, "Nope." And then they try again. "Is this it?" "Nope." "Is this it?" "Nope."
8. What is the very first line of the movie?

Answer: "Seņor! We must not go any further! Look!"

This is from the "Indiana Jones" daydream sequence. George's associate warns George not to go into the cave, because of an ancient symbol on the wall that means "certain death for anyone who enters." In the end, George gets flattened by the huge boulder.
9. What is the very last line of the movie?

Answer: "I knew she was gonna say that."

The last scene of UHF is the "Gone With the Wind" dream sequence. "...Let's leave this place right now! Let us go this very minute!" "No, darling, please! Let's wait till tomorrow!" "But why? Why?" "Because tomorrow is another day!" "I knew she was gonna say that."
10. To whom is "UHF" dedicated?

Answer: Trinidad Silva

This is mentioned in the credits. "UHF" is dedicated to Trinidad because he was killed in a car crash before the movie had finished shooting. Trinidad played Raul Hernandez.
On a cheerier note, that's the end of the quiz! And remember to always grab life by the lips and yank as hard as you can!
