Liam played Oskar Schindler in this 1993 movie. However, the Oscar for Best Actor went to Tom Hanks for Philadelphia. As a young man he joined the Lyric Theatre in Belfast before leaving for Dublin in 1978 where he eventually joined the infamous Abbey Theatre. His first movie role was as Jesus Christ in "Pilgrim's Progress".

The Undertones become influential in the UK punk scene. Their single Teenage Kicks was reportedly DJ John Peels favourite single. He went on to have several solo hits in the 1980s including the UK No.1 "A Good Heart". In 2010 he was recogised for his services to music by the University of Ulster.

Seamus had a much distinguished career and both attended and taught at Queen's University Belfast. Between 1981 and 1997 he taught at Harvard. He won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1995 and died in Dublin in 2013.

Kenneth played Sir Laurence Olivier in the story of the making of the movie "The Prince and the Showgirl". Kenneth first came to prominence in the BBC's "Billy Plays". He has been nominated 5 times for an Oscar without winning. He won a BAFTA for "Henry V" and the TV series "Wallander".

Alex won the World Snooker Championship twice in 1971/72 and 1981/82. He began playing as an 11 year old and won the World Snooker Championship at his first attempt. Nicknamed "Hurricane" his style of play influenced later players such as Ronnie O'Sullivan and Jimmy White. He died in 2010.
