This quote from Naomi was addressing the struggles she had with depression and mental illness. Sadly, she lost her battle on April 30, 2022, just one day before she and her daughter, Wynonna, were to be inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Answer: Robert A. Heinlein

Robert Heinlein was an American aeronautical engineer and science-fiction writer. Born in Butler, Missouri in 1907, he was often referred to as 'The Dean of Science Fiction Writers' due to the fact that he was one of the first sci-fi authors who stressed scientific accuracy in their works of fiction. Four of his novels won Hugo Awards and in 1974 he was named the first Science Fiction Writers Grand Master.
3. Can you tell me who spoke these words to live by? "You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough."

Answer: Mae West

Her real name was Mary Jane West, and she was born in Brooklyn in 1893. She was a singer, actress, and notorious sex symbol noted for asking, "Why don't you come up and see me sometime?" After her film career, West wrote books, plays, performed regularly in Las Vegas, and even recorded several rock-and-roll albums!

Answer: Albert Einstein

Anytime the words 'genius' and 'bad hair day' are used in the same sentence, the name Albert Einstein will immediately come to mind. He was a German physicist born in 1879, and most famous for his theory of relativity, E=MC (squared). In 1933, while Einstein was visiting the United States, Hitler came into power. Einstein, being of Jewish descent, objected to the Nazi policies and decided to settle in the States.

He became an American citizen in 1940.
5. Which world leader once said, "An eye for an eye will make the whole world go blind."

Answer: Mahatma Gandhi

He was born Mohandas Gandhi in 1869, and was a great source of inspiration for the people of India, South Africa, and the entire world. He was well known for his nonviolent movements for civil rights and his many hunger strikes protesting religious violence.

He was also a strong supporter of the emancipation of women, and urged them to fight for their own self-development. In 1930, Gandhi was named Time magazine's "Man Of The Year". Although he never won The Nobel Peace Prize, he was nominated for it five times.

He was assassinated in New Delhi on January 30, 1948, while on his way to address a prayer meeting.

Robert Frost was an American poet from San Francisco born in 1874. His poems include "The Road Not Taken" and "Stopping By Woods On A Snowy Evening". He sold his first poem, "My Butterfly. An Elegy" in 1894 for $15. He won four Pulitzer Prizes for Literature, received the Congressional Gold Medal for his poetic works in 1960, and was named Vermont's poet laureate in 1961.

Steven Wright is a stand-up comedian and film producer. Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on December 6, 1955, he is well-known for his dead-pan delivery and his fantastically funny observations. His big break came in 1982, when the producer of "The Tonight Show" saw Wright perform at a club and arranged an appearance for him. Host Johnny Carson was so impressed that he asked the young comic back the following week.

The first time I heard one of his routines, I thought to myself "This is what Eeyore would sound like if he did stand-up".

Answer: Benjamin Franklin

Benjamin Franklin was born in Boston, MA in the year 1706. He was an inventor, printer, publisher, statesman, scientist, and helped draft the Declaration of Independence. He was also the first Postmaster General of the United States, and his likeness appears on the $100 bill.

Another quote that has often been attributed to Franklin is, "Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy." but most likely he was not the author of that particular quote. Franklin died in 1790 at the age of 84.

Answer: Groucho Marx

Julius Henry Marx was his real name, and he was born in 1890 in Manhattan. Along with his brothers, Chico, Gummo, Harpo, and Zeppo, he performed as The Marx Brothers, and starred in 13 feature films. The hint was a reference to the game show hosted by Groucho, "You Bet Your Life", whereby guessing the secret word would earn you $100. Groucho's famous look included his trademark eyeglasses, fake eyebrows, and a greasepaint mustache.

Answer: Mark Twain

Born Samuel Clemens in 1835 in Florida, Missouri, he is considered the greatest humorist the United States ever produced. Two of his most famous works were "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" and "Adventures of Huckleberry Finn". In his personal life, Clemens was an adamant supporter of the abolition of slavery and the emancipation of the slaves.

He also produced Ulysses S. Grant's "Memoirs" through the publishing company he co-owned with Charles Webster. His pen name comes from the days when he was piloting steamboats on the Mississippi River and 'mark twain' indicated a safe river depth of 12 feet.
