1. Which of the following baseball Hall of Famers was known as "The Commerce Comet"?

Answer: Mickey Mantle

Mickey was born in Oklahoma, and at age four he and his family moved to the town of Commerce, Oklahoma. He became a multi-sport athlete playing at Commerce High School. When he became a member of the Yankees, he picked up the nickname because he was one of the fastest running to first base.
2. We all know legendary boxer Muhammed Ali was "The Greatest", but what boxer had the nickname "Hands Of Stone"?

Answer: Roberto Duran

Duran was one of the hardest punching boxers in history which is the reason for his nickname. He also is recognized with the phrase "No Mas", which was what he told the referee when he quit during his 1980 bout with Sugar Ray Leonard. He walked to his corner during the eighth round saying in Spanish that he didn't want to fight this guy anymore.

The referee asked if he was sure and he replied "no mas, no mas" which means "no more". Hearns was called "the Hitman", Hagler was "Marvelous", and of course Ray Leonard was "Sugar".
