Answer: Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Freestyle

A lot of swimmers like the fact that backstroke is right after butterfly, a little time to "rest", as the back is not as hard as the fly.
2. The order of a medley relay is the same as an individual medley (all levels).

Answer: false

You have to start with backstroke, you can't do an exchange from any other stroke to back, it has to start in the water.
3. What is the longest race you can swim in a pool at the high school level?

Answer: 500y

A greater distance is achieved at the college level.
