A setter may jump and hit the ball over if she is front row. She can also jump and hit the ball if it stays on her side of the court. If she is a backrow setter, then she cannot jump and hit the ball over if it is above the height of the net.
3. What is the minimum temperature allowed for playing volleyball indoors?

Answer: 50 F

If its less, they either have to wait until it heats up or cancel the games.
4. How many seconds does a time-out last?

Answer: 30

After 30 seconds, the referee will generally blow the whistle and signal for the teams to return to the court.
