Answer: Kazushi Sakuraba

After Kazushi Sakuraba defeated Royler Gracie by kimura when the ref stopped the fight despite Royler's refusal to tap. Royler's older brother Royce entered the 16-man Pride Grand Prix in 2000 for a chance to right the perceived wrong of Royler's loss with special rules. If Royce Gracie faced Sakuraba there would be no ref stoppages and no time limit. With these rules in place, the match lasted an hour and a half.

The match finally ended when Royce's brother Rorion threw in the towel to save Royce further leg damage from leg kicks.
