Answer: Bob Lilly

Lilly came out of Texas Christian as a defensive end, but was switched to the tackle position. Lilly's only missed game in his entire career was in the 1973 championship game against the Minnesota Vikings. Bob was one of the first Hall of Famer inductees in 1980.

Answer: Howie Long

"Broken Arrow", which also starred Christian Slater, was an action packed movie about a B-2 bomber which was internally hijacked with nuclear weapons. Long was a second round draft from Villanova in 1981. His season high for quarterback sacks was in 1983 with 13, and had five in one game. He was inducted into the Hall in 2000.

Jones was a Ram from 1961-1971, then played two seasons with the Chargers, and one with the Redskins before retiring in 1974. The other Ram members of the Fearsome Foursome were Lamar Lundy, Rosey Grier, and Merlin Olsen.

Nitschke was feared by all quarterbacks as he was a true quarterback rusher. Ray had 25 interceptions in his career. He was named the NFL's all-time linebacker in 1969 also. Mr. Nitschke was inducted in 1978.

"LT" as he was nicknamed, was the second player overall drafted in 1981. He was named the 'Defensive Player of the Year' in his rookie season. In 1986, Taylor was the NFL season MVP, the first defensive player in 16 years to be named. He was a Hall of Fame inductee in 1999.

The NFL passed on Buoniconti in the 1962 draft, mainly because his Notre Dame coach said he was too small. Nick impacted the Patriots right away by helping them win the 1963 AFL Eastern Division title. He was the Dolphins MVP in 1969, 1970, and 1973. Buoniconti was a member of the 1972 perfect-season Miami Dolphins. He was a 2001 NFL Hall of Fame inductee.

Davis was drafted from Grambling College in 1956, but the Army took priority, and he didn't play for the Browns until 1958. After only two seasons with the Browns, he played the rest of his career with the Packers. Davis recovered 21 fumbles in his career, and was ranked number two in this statistic when he retired in 1969. The Hall of Fame opened it's arm to Willie in 1981.

Butkus was yet another great draft pick out of Illinois. A motivational leader, Butkus had 22 interceptions along with 27 fumble recoveries throughout his career. Butkus was coached by the great George Halas, before becoming a Hall inductee in 1979.
