I wanted to make sure to include this question as it has some sentimental value for me, as this answer is something I actually learned on FunTrivia. On one of my first days on this site, I played a quiz on this episode from another author and realized that I had been spelling Milissa's name wrong since I had first seen the episode as a kid (I believed it was spelled "Melissa").

The spelling is shown multiple times throughout the episode of the witch's gravestone.

2. What does the witch consistently disappear in throughout the episode?

Answer: A cloud of green smoke

Several times throughout the episode, including in Arlene's house and the graveyard, the witch disappears into a puff of smoke.

3. What does Velma find behind the gravestone where the witch disappears?

Answer: A piece of hot wire

Velma begins to piece together the mystery, as a real witch would have no need for a wire.

4. What birth sign is Arlene's twin sister?

Answer: Gemini

Arlene's sister's name is scribbled out in the museum's birth records with the birth sign "Gemini."
