Carla said she didn't get any of the perks of being marriage because Eddie was always gone with the ice show. Carla loved Eddie but was fed up with his being gone so many months at a time.

Eddie worked as a penguin for an ice show. Someone called her from the show to let her know Eddie had been killed.

A Zamboni is the machine that makes the ice smooth again after people have been skating on it. Eddie pushed another player out of the way from being hit and in doing so he was hit and killed by the machine.

This caused some very comical moments as each wife came forward. The priest then asked for "the current Mrs. LeBec" and once again they both came forward. This caused a fight to break out at the funeral.

Gloria LeBec was played by Anne De Salvo. Not only is she an actress, she is also a director.

The penguin head was part of Eddie's uniform. His former hockey players (he once played with the Boston Bruins) all brought their hockey sticks in and tapped the casket with them.

Carla's twins are Jesse and Elvis. She had them in season six. We are not told who Gloria's twins are, only that she had them.

She said she thought he was one of the ice people. She apologized to Woody and then complained that when you punch a couple of people out at a funeral people get all over you.

Gordie was played by Thomas Haydn Church best known for his role as Lowell on "Wings". Gordie was the man whose life Eddie saved. The note said that Eddie got another woman pregnant and had to marry her. However, he said Carla was his true love.
