Denny Crane often says it's his name on the door that brings the clients to Crane, Poole, and Schmidt. Shirley Schmidt will no longer let him use this as an excuse to get away with irresponsible and immature acts.

Clarence has a hard time being himself, so he often dresses up as a woman to feel comfortable being someone he is not.
