Phil Redmond's first taste of showbiz success came when he sold a comedy sketch to Harry Secombe. After 'Brookside,' he moved on to produce 'Hollyoaks'.

Gavin and Petra Taylor was the fist to live there from 1982 till 1983. The Jackson's lived there from 1984 till 1985, Billy Corkhill and his family moved in in 1985 until 1993. Next were the Jordaches and Sinbad in 1993 up until 1995. In 1995, Jimmy Corkhill and his family moved in and were the last to live there - they lived there until the show endded in 2002.

Their relationship progressed very quickly and Rachel soon found herself in love with Christian, so when he asked her to move in with him she readily agreed. Soon after this Christian started becoming very jealous and moody when he saw Rachel talking to other men at work, particularly Mike Dixon, resulting in many arguments. Christian continued to sulk about this for some time before suddenly snapping out of his bad mood when he asked Rachel to marry him.

Despite his possessive behaviour, Rachel was still besotted with Christian so willingly accepted his proposal.

Simon wanted Terry to buy the house so that they could have a permanent place of worship, Barry Grant buys the house before terry can. Eventually Simon decides that since they can't have the house then no one can, planning to make a bomb to destroy the house.

There are seconds to spare when Terry and Barry get out just in time.
