Richard Wilkins served as Mayor for about a century and also founded the town. The First tells this to Faith when masquerading as The Mayor.

2. How many people have dreamed about the cheese man?

Answer: 6

Willow, Xander, Giles, and Buffy dreamed him up in "Restless". But in "Storyteller" it is revealed that he was in a dream both Andrew and Jonathan had. There was a quick flash of him and a quick flash of the cheese slices as they were in Willow's dream from "Restless".

3. What celebrity stole their look from Spike?

Answer: Billy Idol

I still think Spike should have gotten drunk at Xander and Anya's failure of a wedding and belted out "White Wedding".
