A giant squid is inside the Griffin household, and so that they don't anger it, the family decides to just ignore it. Peter plans to ignore a breast lump that he has instead of visit a doctor, but they go anyways.

2. Does Peter have cancer?

Answer: No

It turns out that all of Peter's test results came back negative, and he had some other minor problem.

3. Who does Death say he is when Peter answers the door?

Death come to take Peter away when he writes "deceased" on his hospital forms to get out of paying the bill. It turns out that Death took him seriously.
