"Pilot" (the name of the episode the information in this question can in found)-Everwood is a beautiful, lush, and picturesque town in Colorado.
2. Who is the main character of the show?

Answer: Dr. Andrew Brown

"Pilot"-Dr. Brown is a world-renowned neurosurgeon, who decided to start a free clinic in the small town of Everwood. He doesn't need to charge his patients for his services because he has already made a fortune in neurology.
3. What are the names of the main character's children?

Answer: Ephram and Delia

"Pilot"-Ephram is a moody fifteen year old piano wiz and anime freak, and Delia is a curious tomboy of nine. Eprham does not get along real well with his father because he resents that his father has put his family second to his own career for many years.
4. How is Edna Harper related to Irv, the bus driver; Dr. Abbott, Amy Abbott, and Rose Abbott?

Answer: wife, mother, grandmother, and mother-in-law; respectively

"Pilot"-Edna remarried a couple months after her husband's death, causing tension with her son, Dr. Abbott; and goes work for his rival, Dr. Brown. Irv, the bus driver, narrates the show.
5. Which of the following is Amy Abbott?

Answer: a ballerina

" The Doctor Is In"-She is also the only daughter of Dr. Abbott, girlfriend of Colin Hart, and Ephram Brown's love interest, the son of her father's rival. Kind of got a Romeo and Juliet thing going there...
6. What instrument does the main character's son play?

Answer: the piano

"The Doctor Is In"-Ephram composed a song for Amy.
7. Why does the main character's daughter believe that there is a God?

Answer: Gas that was only supposed to last for a mile lasted the whole way home.

"Deer God"-Edna brought Delia with her to find out if God really existed, and on the way home, there was only enough gas in Edna's motorcycle to last a mile, but lasted the whole way home. Similar to the Jewish Hannukah story.
8. Why did Dr. Everwood/Brown decide to move to their present home?

Answer: Because his wife said that after she died, she'd be there.

"The Great Doctor Brown"-Dr. Brown did move away from New York City to be a better father to his children, but choose the particular town of Everwood because his wife had said that after she died, he would find her there.
9. What festival is held each fall in town?

Answer: the Fall Thaw Festival

"The Great Doctor Brown"-Every fall in Everwood, there a is a short period of unseasonally warm weather before the winter season officially starts, and the Fall Thaw is held to relish the last days of fall.
10. What does the main character's son relate himself to?

Answer: a lost deer

"Deer God"-Ephram thinks that they are both in the wrong habitat and do not belong in their new 'home'. I don't think Ephram actually comes out and says that he relates to the deer, but it's made really clear that he does, because of the emotional attachment he has to it.
