Warren showed up in Andrew's flashbacks in "Storyteller." His first reappearance was in "Lessons" as The First. He was also The First in "Conversations With Dead People", "Never Leave Me", and he was really Willow in "The Killer In Me".

Richard Wilkins, better known as The Mayor, first reappeared in "This Year's Girl" in Faith's dream and on a video.
