Bob Saget provides the voice of Ted, the middle-aged father, while Josh Radnor portrays the younger Ted on screen. Ducky, the Medical Examiner, and Abby, the forensic scientist, were original cast members, joined by Special Agents Kate Todd and Tony DiNozzo, as well as the team leader, Gibbs. McGee appeared as a recurring character later in the first season before being promoted to a field agent, joining Gibbs' team at the start of the second season. Ziva did not join the show until the third season, when she effectively replaced Kate, who was killed in the line of duty to end the second season.

When Penny or any other attractive female is present, Raj is incapable of speaking, being reduced to using only his body language or whispering to one of his male friends. One day Penny makes him a grasshopper drink, and Raj is able to speak to her.

It is revealed that this is only a placebo when he is able to approach actress Summer Glau and talk to her despite drinking a non-alcoholic beer. Eager to approach Summer himself, Howard points out that Raj's beer is non-alcoholic and Raj is rendered speechless.

Answer: Ron

Ron is Leslie's immediate superior whose libertarian views cause him to dislike government spending despite the fact that he holds a government job. He is openly ecstatic when Pawnee cuts departmental funding and favors employees like Tom and April because their distaste for work effectively slows the government down.

Despite his viewpoints, he will often intervene when necessary on Leslie's behalf because of his respect for her. Despite his distaste for his job, he serves as somewhat of a father figure to the younger workers.

Answer: Andy

In a surprise twist, Andy was selected to be the new regional manager despite being one of the poorer salesmen of the office. Dwight was given the job on an interim basis, but after accidentally firing a display gun in the office, he was reassigned to his former position. Even Andy seemed surprised at his selection and he asked Robert why he was chosen. Robert revealed that while Andy may have been an underdog candidate, there is something about an underdog that inspires people. If Andy can meet the challenges of his position, it might inspire the rest of the office workers to perform better themselves.

Answer: Charlie Day

With the popularity of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" and his comedy movie "Horrible Bosses", Day was invited to host an episode of "Saturday Night Live". While on the show he was reunited with "Horrible Bosses" cast mate Jason Sudeikis, a repertory player on the variety show.

He also took the opportunity to announce his wife's pregnancy. His wife also appears on "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia", as a waitress who wants nothing to do with his character.

Fitting for a fall show, the players compete in a fantasy football league. The show has even had several football stars, like Antonio Gates and Chad Ochocinco, make guest starring appearances. The friends who make up the league seem to have a difficult time separating fantasy from real life, as their fantasy teams often take precedence over their real lives. One of the main characters is almost fired for spending too much time on his team at work, but quickly agrees to help his boss out with his own fantasy team in order to keep his job.

Casey is a big fan of the former President, proudly displaying his picture in his home and taking careful pains to make sure it appears straight and orderly. While Chuck harbors a dislike for guns, Casey is able to use his gun expertise to save the team on many missions.

Despite his militaristic attitude, Casey is shown to care deeply about his team members. When Chuck is order to kill a known terrorist despite his aversion to violence, Casey secretly carries out the order so that Chuck can keep his job and his conscience.
