When Phoebe was on the phone pretending to be Joey's agent she asked for a pen and Chandler handed her one. She then tilted Chandler's head and started to write on the back of his neck. Chandler then said "Get the woman a pad! Get the woman a pad! A pad! A pad!" Monica sarcastically replied "Oh, now you want a pad."

Ross did not like the idea that Ben had a Barbie but Carol and Susan were okay with it. Later in the day when Ross tried to get the Barbie from Ben, Rachel told him he was pathetic.

Monica started singing the song and Ross went into the bathroom. When Monica got stuck on "Won't you" Ross came out of the bathroom and said "Won't you dance around with me." In the closing scene they showed a film of little Ross in his backyard dressed in his mom's clothes singing that song.
