All these talented actresses were nominated for Academy Awards in 2008, with Swinton winning Best Supporting Actress for her role in "Michael Clayton". Ryan was nominated for her work in "Gone Baby Gone". As Holly, Ryan won over Michael's initial prejudice against human resources, only to be forced to end the relationship when she was relocated to another branch.
