Answer: A glass filled with bubbling liquid

This is actually the first painting of Isaac's that appears in the show, first seen in "Genesis". Isaac paints the future when he is high on drugs. This painting shows a glass filled with bubbling liquid, which turns out to be caused by the powers of a man named Ted Sprague who has radioactive abilities.
2. The first time Peter goes to Isaac's apartment he sees a painting of a man in a trench coat flying from the top of a building. Who is the man in this painting?

Answer: Peter Petrelli

In "Genesis", Peter and Simone go to Isaac's apartment to try and save him from a drug overdose. Peter sees a painting of himself flying off the top of a building. It turns out that he is actually falling from the building, and his brother Nathan is able to fly up and catch him.
3. There is a cheerleader that appears in a number of Isaac's paintings, many of which lead up to her being attacked by a mysterious man. Where is she from?

Answer: Odessa, TX

Claire Bennett is one of the main characters in the series, she is a cheerleader for Union Wells High School in Odessa, TX and possesses the power of regeneration. In "Homecoming", Peter had to save her from being murdered by Sylar in order to save the world.
4. Many of the pictures of the cheerleader show a mysterious man that is often shown in the shadows. What is this man's REAL name?

Answer: Gabriel Gray

Gabriel Gray is the given name of the main villain of the series, Sylar. He changed his name to Gabriel Sylar when he took the power from his first victim in "Six Months Ago". He is a power hungry madman who kills other heroes in order to take their brains and unlock their powers for himself.

Although Claire is "the cheerleader" in all of Isaac's other paintings, Jackie is actually the cheerleader shown in this one. In "Homecoming" she is killed by Sylar after he mistakes her for Claire, due to her falsely taking credit for saving a man from a fire.
6. In "Fallout" Isaac completes his first painting without the use of drugs. In this painting we see what appears to be a T-Rex and a man standing in front of it with a sword. Who is the man in this painting?

Answer: Hiro Nakamura

One of the most important heroes, Hiro can bend time and space. In "Genesis" he travels to the future where he sees Isaac lying dead in his apartment just before a nuclear explosion destroys New York City.
7. Isaac's drug induced visions have taken the form of a comic book as well as paintings. What is the name of the comic book that Isaac draws?

Answer: 9th Wonders

When Hiro first travels to the future, he sees a comic book at a magazine stand called 9th Wonders. This particular issue of the comic book shows Hiro and the first time he successfully teleports to the future, even though this has only happened a few minutes earlier. Hiro uses the book to convince his friend Ando to help him on his quest to save the world.

Uluru has appeared in more than just Isaac's painting throughout the series. In "Genesis" it is seen on Hiro's computer screen the first time he tries to control time, and again on the cover of the comic book that Micah reads while waiting for his mother at the school.

Peter Petrelli has the power to assimilate the powers of others, which has enabled him to use a variety of different abilities. He goes to the Union Wells High School Homecoming to try and save the cheerleader and save the world, but falls off the roof while fighting Sylar and dies. Fortunately Claire is nearby and he regenerates, good as new.

Answer: A nuclear explosion

Possibly the most important painting Isaac has done so far, the nuclear explosion painting shows a tragic end for New York City. In "Fallout", Peter has a dream that he is the explosion in NYC.
