House is interviewing candidates for a new sexual companion. The requirements are somewhat stringent, though. One candidate offers House a cup of coffee. House says, "I asked for a Cappuccino." As it turns out, the coffee is not foamy enough for House's taste. He dismisses the candidate and asks for the next candidate.

Answer: "What's your favorite Woody Allen movie?"

House says, "And tell me, what's your favorite Woody Allen movie?" Fawn replies, "Annie Hall." House continues, "Defend your choice." She says, "It's the most popular." House is not satisfied. He offers several other plausible possibilities, including, "I needed the eggs." If you have seem the film, then you know the line.

Here it is in a nutshell: "Doc, uh, my brother's crazy. He thinks he's a chicken." The doctor says, "Well, why don't you turn him in?" The guy says, "I would, but I need the eggs." In summary, it is an oblique reference to relationships.

Answer: "Park has a boyfriend."

Another doctor comes in to tell Park that he has sold his guitar. It is immediately apparent to Taub that this doctor holds some affection for Park. Therefore, Taub teases Park about the situation by singing, "Park has a boyfriend." Park responds by saying, "I'll break your face."

Answer: She is a manufactured doll.

Initially, Chase and Adams are alarmed when they find a figure in the bed. She has no pulse. It turns out that the girlfriend is an elaborately designed life-size doll. Naturally, this leads the team to believe that the patient has psychological problems.

Answer: Hawking

Wilson begins by saying, "You are a horrible person." House counters, "You're like the Stephen Hawking of killing relationships." Despite the obscure reference, Wilson points out the House's faux wife could be of more benefit in House's sleuthing.

Answer: Foosball

Wilson suggests that House play Foosball. House replies, "Can't. Marriage to destroy." Wilson proceeds along and says, "Okay..." House is intrigued and inquires, ""Okay" as in passive-aggressive reverse psychology?" The alternative is "depressed resignation." House implores Wilson to expand his explanation and then to contract it. House finally summarizes, "So, passive-aggressive reverse psychology. Got it."

Answer: 221 Baker Street

House picks up the mail and opens the letter addressed to Dominika House, 221 Baker Street, Apt. B. The letter is from "U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services." It says, "Application for permanent citizenship status: APPROVED." In a particularly poignant moment, House realizes that he has true affections for Dominika. He throws away the letter without revealing the contents to her.

Answer: He doesn't think that it is a good idea.

Adams reaches out to Chase and offers to go out for drinks. Chase suspects that Adams is competing with Park and subsequently declines the offer. Park finds a cohort in music and perhaps a potential boyfriend. House reexamines his relationship with Dominika. They all need the eggs.
