Taub and Park discover an inordinate amount of caffeine stimulants in the patient's work station. The product appears to be Cardiac Cola. House then suggests stimulant psychosis. The next course is hydration, however complications develop.

Wilson exhibits some indifference and atypical reckless behavior. He wants to go on a road trip to meet a childhood dream girl. House reluctantly accompanies Wilson on this escapade. As Wilson and House cruise down the highway, the song Radar Love is played in the background.

Answer: Wilson orders The Big One.

The waitress takes their orders. House says, "Bacon burger with fries looks awful. I'll have that." Wilson declares, "I'll have the Big One." The waitress is skeptical. She says, "You sure? It's $79." Wilson replies, "Unless I finish it in an hour, in which case, it's free." This arouses the interest and amusement of the other patrons. Wilson insists that he will finish eating an 80 ounce steak within the hour and be inducted into the "Wall of Pain." House smiles.

As Wilson and House are making their return trip, Wilson confides in House about his sad romance with a high school sweetheart. Wilson recounts the time in which another guy went to the prom with Wilson's object of affection. This guy was very popular, had a car, a band and a mustache.

His name was Kyle Calloway. So, for a brief period of time, Wilson wants to be Kyle. Even so, House explains the deficits of Kyle. House says, "I can live without Kyle."

Answer: Chase decides to leave the team.

Chase took a great deal of import from what his patient had said. Chase decides to embark upon his own and leave the team. Foreman is genuinely happy for Chase and promises to give Chase his own team. House also accepts Chase's departure as a step toward professional development.
