Answer: They were having trouble with their music

They were having trouble finding a different style of music. They were told that Shangri-La was the keeper of all the music, poetry and art and that they could get help with their music problems.

Answer: Andrew

His name was Andrew and he once traveled to Shangri-La but could not find it. He was willing to help Jem and the Holograms find it.

3. Where did they say Shangri-La was?

Answer: Tibet

At first they thought it was a mythical place in Tibet but when Andrew told them it was real, they decided to get plane tickets and head to Tibet to find it.
