After Inoue shows her art project, Ichigo walks in the classroom and you see a glimpse of Ishida crocheting at his desk. This part of the story is right after Kon and Project Spearhead and it leads into the story about Ichigo and his mother and of course the fight against the Grand Fisher.

While you see first Byakuya see in episode 15, Ichimaru and Zaraki in episode 21, you actually first see Ukitake during episode 9 while Rukia watches Ichigo fight the Grand Fisher. She remembers Ukitake's speech about the two types of battles; battle for protection, and battle for pride. Though you only see the right side of his face and partial front, you see the full thing later in episode 49 when Rukia has her dream of Kaien.

As the Hodan explodes and everyone breaks through Seireitei's barrier, the six get split into four groups; Ichigo and Ganju, Ishida and Inoue, Sado, and Yoruichi. As Yoruichi comes flying down she (literally) runs into Kira but disappears. This is in episode 26.

Di Roy's teeth are shaped like a jigsaw of squares, though only the top row. He makes no attempt in hide them since he's always seen with a huge grin. His mouth is very much noticeable since his Hollow mask covers quite a bit of his head.

The first resurrección you see is Volcanica which manipulates fire.
One could think Grand Fisher was the first but what he did was not resurrección, but an incomplete release, seeing as he was not a natural born Arrancer due to Iceringer forceing him to evolve under Menos level which was to be punishment for running from Ichigo after getting cut only once. The fight is from episode 8 and 9 but Iceringer's part never made it to the anime. In the manga it's in volume 3, chapter 25. You see a tiny bit in episode 111.
Edorad Leones (one of Grimmjow's fracción) releases Volcanica in episode 118.

Wonderweiss is a newly born Arrancar by Hougyoku, though it seems his personality isn't common in newborns because even Yammy comments on his behavior being strange. Wonderweiss is apparently no ordinary Arrancar either, since Soul Society read Wonderweiss' reiatsu as an Espada when he came to the living world.
