The name of the suspect is never said throughout the entire episode. The only time we get a glimpse of his name is when Allison envisions herself seeing the name on the mail. Unfortunately it isn't very clear but the name appears to be Connor something. Captain Push and Allison usually refer to him as the suspect or the seventeen year old, the suspect's sister refers to him as my brother, the suspect's lawyer refers to him as my client, and the boy in the cell next to the suspect refers to him as the preevert.
