He eventually decides that all religion is just the same, then he goes to find a bar.

2. What band did Pickles play in before Dethklok?

Answer: Snakes N' Barrels

He sang and played guitar in Snakes N Barrels. The band collapsed because of excessive drug use. Sausage Assassin and Agnostic Priest were bands that Skwisgaar played in before Dethklok.

3. Which of these metal bands has NOT had a reference made to it?

Cannibal Corpse has had a couple references: in the grocery store Nathan yells names of cannibal corpse songs over the loudspeaker. Cannibal Corpse also has a reference when Nathan describes how his ancestor was made into a soup and eaten, in which Pickles replies that it is "Totally Cannibal Corpse".
Nathan has a dream that the whole band is killed and he ends up with a job at Dimmu Burger (an obvious reference to Dimmu Borgir).
The grocery store the band shops at is called Fintroll Market.

Answer: Yopo

Yopo is a real plant found mostly in South America. The plant has strong hallucinogenic properties and has various medical uses.

Answer: The Klok-itar

He never got a guitar called a "Klok-itar". Aside from the other three, he also had a guitar called the Swiss Army-itar, which was a guitar built into a giant Swiss Army Knife.
