Answer: Vice President Bob Russell

While in Will's old office, he told Toby there had been thirty-two jokes told about Vice President Russell at the correspondents dinner.

Answer: CIA

When Kate told Josh that she had been in a lock down before for seventy-seven hours, Josh figured out that she had been CIA and was at the embassy in Haiti. He told her he had code-word clearance and could find out, but Kate told him he didn't have that kind of code-word clearance.
3. Which staff member was taken down by an agent?

Answer: Toby

After Toby and Will got into an argument about Bob Russell versus Jed Bartlet, Toby decided he couldn't stay in the room any longer and opened the door to go to his office. A Secret Service agent warned Toby to stay in the room and when he tried to leave, the agent knocked him to the ground.

Kate was explaining to Josh the many reasons why the ventilation would be turned off in the building. One reason would be because there was an airborne toxin in the building and the other reason would be smoke from a fire.
