At the end of the first season, The Master (sired in the 1400's) drowned Buffy, but she was resuscitated by Xander.

2. Who did The Master sire?

Answer: Darla

The Master sired Darla in 1609.

3. Who did Drusilla sire?

Answer: Spike

After Spike was sired in 1880, Dru and him were lovers until she left him for a fungus demon.
