Just as Ross and Rachel walk through the door, he turns around and says, "I've been here the whole time!" Ross then says, "Joey, we just saw you come in. You ran past us on the stairs."

At the end of the episode, Chandler, Monica, Ross and Phoebe are having another toy race and we hear Phoebe yelling at her toy, "Go, go, go Alan!"
