Paige cast the "Vanishing Spell", "Spell To Promote Compromise", "Instant Karma Spell" and also two other spells but the episode did not show her casting them. However it did say that Paige cleared up Lila's credit report.

Answer: Mom

We found this out in the episode "From Fear To Eternity" when Prue went upstairs to look in "The Book of Shadows" for some information on Barbas and she recognized her mom's handwriting.

Nexus spelled backwards is Suxen. The reason it was put in there backwards is so if a demon got "The Book" they wouldn't have the chance to destroy the Nexus. This spell also vanquished Zankou because the Nexus was inside him.
