Unfortunately, the Evil Monkey was not always evil; he only went bad when he found his wife having an affair. Truly one of the great tragedies of our time. Dr. Hartman is fairly incompetent at his job, but the Griffins have stuck with him. In one episode he accidentally sticks his hand into a bin full of used needles. Dr. Kaplan was Brian's psychiatrist, Dr. Hibbert is from "The Simpsons", and Dr. Zoidberg is from "Futurama".

Mr. Weed runs the Happy-Go-Lucky toy factory. Ollie gives the "Black-U-Weather Forecast" for the Channel 5 Quahog news. His forecast usually lasts a few seconds and consists of predictions like "It's gonna rain!" or "It's raining sideways!"

Adam West, the man who played Batman on the original TV show, provides the voice for, surprisingly, Adam West. Mayor West is fairly incompetent at his job, but remains Mayor nonetheless. He also married his hand once and pushed a pregnant lady out of line at the hospital because his foot was asleep.

Mike Henry does the voice for Cleveland. Cleveland used to be married to Loretta and they had a son named Cleveland Jr., but Loretta cheated on him with Quagmire so they separated.
